The first step before proceeding to apply for online transfer is, you must have an online registered account on EPFO site. To do registrations follow the process provided “HERE“. Once your account is registered then you need to apply for transfer of account by first visiting the Online Transfer Claim Portal (OTCP) portal. For a detailed instruction of how you can apply for transfer visit “HERE” where they provided the detailed instruction of applying.
Few points you must know before proceeding this online apply.
- You must be a registered member of the EPFO portal before proceeding.
- Both your previous employer as well as the present employer must be available on EPFO database.
- The employer must register for the digital signature process of EPFO.
- You can check your eligibility for transfer by visit OTCP site “Here“.
- You can’t edit any of your personal details as well as the details like joining or exit dates.
- But suppose if you found any discrepancy in the details then you can do editing so by clicking the tab called “The following information in incorrect”. Once you do the editing, take the printout of the pdf form. Self-attests the same you need to submit it to the EPFO office through your current employer.
- You can submit for transfer once these rectifications are done properly.
- You can change your DOB (date of birth) also but the restriction of attempting to change is only about 3 times.
- If both your previous as well as current employer registered digital signatures with EPFO then you can submit this claim form either with the previous or current employer for employer attestation.
- Even if your previous employer registered with EPFO then too you can submit form with either of them.
- If your previous employer not registered then also you can submit with either of them but it will take time to transfer as the process of verification data will be done.
- You can submit online transfer only in case your previous employer registered with EPFO for digital signature.
- The same way your present employer registration also mandatory for online transfer.
- Once online submission is done, you need to take the printout of the same and submit it with employer with self-attestation.
- You have the option to choose for submitting your form for attestation either with previous or current employer.
- Within 15 days of online submission, you need to submit a claim form with your employer.
- If any rejection from the employer then it will be after 15 days only.
- You can view the status of claim online also.
- Below are the few reasons for rejecting your claim.
- The claim already submitted previously and EPFO not yet rejected it.
- You have not submitted the signed online claim transfer form with your employer within stipulated 15 days period.
- Records mismatch.
- Signature mismatch.

Hello,
I worked in TCS till Jan 2015. I joined another company Cargill after that and also left Cargill on Aug 2015. Joined a bank after that and I am currently working there.
I tried to transfer my PF online via OTCP from TCS to Cargill on 28 APR 2015. The claim has been in status EPFO in and Out and both EPFO office and TCS informed me they haven’t received signed Form 13 from my then present employer Cargill.
Cargill did not help much in this and after 1 year , I raised a fresh claim on 19 APR 2016 to transfer the TCS PF to my present employer which is a bank.
This new claim now got rejected by EPFO office probably because there is an existing claim with EPFO in and Out status.
Can you please advise how:
1. I can raise a fresh claim to transfer PF or how shall I proceed here?
2. Is there any way I can get the old claim cancelled by EPFO?
3. Would it help if I go for PF Withdrawal or that request would be rejected too?

I got following error while submitting form in OTCP because my DOB stored in EPFO is different from my actual DOB which I came to know only after exhausting the three attempts .( Later I found it from UAN database that my month and date had been interchanged!!!).
“Your Employee Id is Blocked due to incorrect entry of date of birth three times”. How can I transfer my EPS now to my new account?

1) I have done a transfer claim through OTCP on 14th March 2016 & 22nd March 2016 it has been approved by my previous employer.So checked with OTCP site and it shows like this,
14 Mar 2016 Claim Form Submitted .
22 Mar 2016 Claim Form Approved by Previous Employer .
Current Status :Your claim has been settled and credited to new account.
I got a message on 12 April 2014 stating that Form 13 (Transfer Claim) approved for payment through Cheque .Pmt under process.
So i contacted my pcurrent employer and they said they didn’t get “ANY” information regarding transfer and settlement.
So how should i know whether the amount is credited to my current account?
In my current account balance is showing only till march 2015..please reply for this query and help me out.

I had my previous employer DOE mentioned wrongly in the PF database.
Because of this my current employer was not able to link the new PF to the previous one hence they have created a new UAN number by using my another mobile number.
After the correction of DOE from previous employer the PF transfer is in progress now.
But now I have two UANs mapped to my name. one for the previous employer and one for the new employer.
Keeping two UAN is a legal issue? what should I do with the old UAN, can I deactivate it? If so what is the procedure to do this.

Q.30 Two UAN allotted to me by EPFO?
In case two UAN are allotted to you, this could be because of not filing of Date of Exit by your previous
employer in ECR filing and/or you have applied for transfer of service in your current establishment.
In such a case, you are suggested to immediately report the matter either to your employer and through email
to [email protected] by mentioning, both – your current UAN and your previous UAN(s). After due
verification, the previous UAN(s) allotted to you will be blocked and the current UAN will be kept active.
Later you will be required to submit a Claim to get transfer of service and fund to the current UAN
Rajkumar-But in many cases two UAN issue arises when the employee hid his earlier UAN or not aware of it.

Hi, I am facing issues while filling online transfer claim for.
In the transfer application Part B: DETAILS OF PREVIOUS ACCOUNT (WHICH IS TO BE TRANSFERRED) when I enter the PF account number, it only populates my name. Fathers name, date of joining and leaving is blank and I entered it manually.
However in Part C: DETAILS OF PRESENT ACCOUNT, when I enter the existing organization’s details, the date of joining is incorrect. It is same as date of joining entered in Part B.
Can you please help understand what is the issue here.

Then it moved to, Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No has been approved. Payment is under process.
Now again it is showing, Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.

I have initiated my PF funds transfer from my previous organisation (Exempted firm EPF Office Mumbai) to my current organisation (EPF office Pune) in the last week of december 2015. By The mid january 2015 it was already approved by both my previous and current employer. Since then it is showing the status as “Your request is in transit between EPFO In and Out Office”. It has already been 3 months and the status of this transaction hasn’t changed yet. Kindly suggest into this matter , also i have raised grievance online and awaiting reply. While checking online on grievance cell site my claim status is showing as ” new account credit details received and payment is under process but this is showing from last 2 months. Now i want to freshly create claim status, by selecting present employer.

Ashwini-If the earlier status showing as REJECTED, then you can go ahead and re-apply.
When i re apply, After filling details. When i click on preview button.
It redirects to page, saying “The attempted Request for Transfer of Account already exists on the system. Click here to view the status of your existing request”
Ashwini-In that case you have to contact EPFO Grievance Cell for the same. Let them reject the claim, so that you can raise the fresh request. In that case instead of rejecting the earier claim, they ask some alternatives or addiitonal information to process the old request itself.

on december I got a message Claim Form 13 for Account Transfer AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00294XXXXXXXX) has been settled. Annexure K and Payment sent through NEFT.
yet I am unable to see my pf neither in epf nor in trust managed by adobe.

Now what makes it tricky is that adobe ( my current employer and to whom I have transferred) maintains its own trust where as amdocs( my previous employer and from whom I have transferred) maintains through epfo
So when I try seeing my details through UAN i get a message ” passbook not available as pertained to exempted trust’
And when I check through Adobe portal I am unable to see that transferred amount.
I raised the issue with EPFO Grievance portal but they closed with a message that I am not able to comprehend. in short their message was useless
So What shalL I do now as passbook updation will not be reflected in my UAN portal.

Now from whom shall I contact about my form 13 and Annexure K, adobe or Amdocs(previous employee) for EPFO office.

Back on your portal to ask one more question.
The status of my transfer moved from “The request is in transit between EPFO in and Out Office” to “Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No has been approved. Payment is under process”
The problem is that my ex PF trust (An Exempted Trust) had sent the cheque with my PF accumulations to EPFO in Dec 2015 with a copy of the cheque to me. It has been 4 months now but the status is still showing as Payment is under process. My only worry is that by now the cheque would have become invalid already.
When I asked the EPFO office through mail, the answer that I got was that the transfer out establishment pertains to an exempted one. There is no physical transfer of funds. Only service detail (EPS) is transferred. Therefore the payment status shown as pending.
How will I get to know that the payment is reflected in my account already if the payment status at EPFO portal is still showing pending.
Please help Sir, what should I do now.

first I got a message form 13 received on 7th march, 2016. and claim MHBAN160300017879 is under process.
on 17th March, 2016 I got another message message that – form 13 claim id – MHBAN160350001860 has been rejected. rejection letter in under dispatch.
( in the OTCP portal also it’s showing same).
on 17th Mar, I got another message. Claim form 13 for transfer accnt ***** received on 10th Mar and ClaimId MHBAN160350001860 is under process.
on 23rd March, I got a message – form 13(Transfer) claim id – MHBAN160300017879 approved for payment through Cheque. Pmt under process.
I am really confused, why 2 different claim id are there. and one is rejected, another is payment is under process.

Like most of the other threads here I have faced the similar issue about the printable form not being generated. Moreover, the claim status shows that no printable copy as well. I wrote several emails to the EPF mail id mentioned and no replies or resolution. Today I received an email mentioning that I have not submitted the printable copy and it will get rejected in another 5 days if I do not submit it.
Will I be able to generate a form again once it is rejected?

I filled the form correctly and clicked on submit button.
The next paged showed an error as

So i again tried to transfer PF by filling the form. and i get a message as

I had submitted for my PF transfer form online to my previous employer to transfer my PF to my current employer PF account.
I submitted my claim online on 16-Nov-2014 and the claim was approved by my employer on 19-Nov-2014 but my PF has still not been transferred to my current PF account.
I had raised couple of grievances with both the PF offices.
The very recent grievance that I raised with the EPF RO Mumbai III said “CASES TRANSFERRED” so I checked my account balance with my current account I found the PF is not transferred yet so I raised a grievance with my current PF account office which is EPF RO Chennai. I received a reply stating “the transfer is not received from the previous PF account and hence member is requested to contact the previous PF office/trust”. I have written back to the EPF RO MUMBAI III asking for the explanation as both these offices are giving contradictory statements.
Can I request you to guide me on this and tell me what according to you must have gone wrong. What should be my next course of action?
I have already contacted my previous employer; however, the employer says that they have done what they can do. I will have to contact the PF office. I had already visited the PF office numerous times in the past including meeting the the Regional PF commissioner.
My PF is pending since 9 years now.
I have a tracking number to check my claim but I dont know where to use it. Can you give me some link where I can put that tracking number to check my transfer claim.

1. I assumed it is internal transfer through cheque from my previous employer to current employer – Is that correct?

I also don’t see any balance in my new account as in the website it is posted that data is available only until 2014 for APHYDXXXXX office (which happens to be the PF office of my new establishment).
Kindly let me know what action needs to be done from my end regarding the old account.

I have a strage issue with my UAN. My UAN was generated while I was working with my previous employer, so I asked them and gave that URN to my current employer. But I don’t see my current PF details in my UAN, it still shows my previous employer as current account. The date of exit is not showing up. My current employer says that is the reason they are unable to map my current PF to UAN since previous employer has not yet updated my DOE.
When I spoke to my previous employer, they say that they have already updated the DOE and that this issue is not only with me but with their new employees too. So they asked me to give Form 11 to current employer and that my current employer can also update it.
Are you aware whether such an issue could or have had happened with anyone? And my previous employer is true and the process he told about Form 11 is the only way?

Lalit-UAN is suffice and Form 11 is not required. Why not you raise the issue with EPFO online directly?

Current employer can also update the DOE of previous employment on the basis of service certificate provided by previous employer. Now current PF account is mapped to UAN.

Rohit-Raise the same issue with EPFO. It is procedural error.
I have discussed with EPFO officer, he confirmed my PF amount has been already transferred to the existing account. He advised me to collect the Annexure-K & submit to the existing company.
My existing company maintaining PF amount in Trust Account. They require signed hard copy after that only they will reflect this amount in my existing account.
My previous companies payroll team is not help me out to provide Annexure-K.
Is there any site or any other way where I can get it Annexure-K.

I applied for my PF transfer from my previous organization where in I worked for 16 years. As I was not able to see any old PF amount transferred, I raised a grievance. In my passbook, I was able to see an entry saying that “Transfer in from old id” but the amount is zero. On raising grievance, I got a reply that ”
It is informed that while transferring pf account number form previous account to present account, Pension amount (physical funds) can not be transferred . Only pension service will be added to your present account. At the time of settlement you will get full benefit including your previous service. This is for your kind information.”
What does it means. I believe that the contribution goes to two heads. One is PF and other is Pension. While pension amount will not be transferred, PF amount should have got transferred and visible to me in my passbook.
Can you tell whats the reason for this reply and is the response justified or I need to raise a query again.
Raj-They are stating that EPS will not be transferred. However, at the time of retirement you can claim so.
Thanks Basavraj. EPS part is fine. But the EPF part should have got transferred and the amount pertaining to it should have reflected in the new account passbook. Currently it is showing as zero amount.

I recently raised a claim at Online PF transfer claim portal. It got approved by my present as well as previous Employer but got rejected by RO office. On raising grievance, they informed me that it got rejected due to EPF A/c,Trust address and payee detail wrong mentioned.
Now I raised the claim again and see that there are two form 13 that got generated at the portal(one is addressed to Trust and other one to RPFC). My previous PF account is maintained by Trust. Which form(or both forms) is required to be submitted to my current Employer in this case? Your response will be highly appreciated.
Gaurav-If it is to managed by trust, then use the form which is meant for trust.

The current status in the OTCP shows: Account Details received in EPFO IN office and under process. What does this mean?
Also when I login to my UAN id and download my current passbook, this transfer amount reflects with the description TRANSFER IN (Old Member Id-:PYKRPxxxxxxx)- Amt. Received,Credit is Subject to verification.

Today I received a SMS saying amount sent to A/C 10811684279 with IFSC CODE : SBIN0000847.
This account is not at all mine. I have made a PF transfer but y is that amount transfer to a SBI account.
Please advise if this amount will be transfered to my new PF account or sent to a wrong account by some fraud.

When I was transferring the PF from my previous organization to current organization, then the system gave an error that the DOB entered in Part B of Form 13 is different from the one maintained in EPFO database.

Member ID: PYKRP00240010000003271 – 107 PF Claim ID: KRP160150000423 Settle Amount: Rs *** Sent to A/c No.: 10977236011 (IFSC Code: SBIN0000813)-EPFO
I want to know what is the account number mentioned in the message. Is this message normal, I’m unable to check my PF balance in my current organization as the data is not updated by the organization.

Tarun-Which employer you selected for approval while filling request? If you selected earlier employer, then no need of your current employer approval.

How much time it will take to get the payment processed?
Priyanka-It usually takes around 30 days. But if you feel it too much late, then raise the complaint with EPFO Grievance Cell.

Can a copy of letter to the EPFO from the employers be accepted as proof in case of PF Transfers. Bcz there was concern raised by PF office about my date of joining. My Previous employer has replied back to EPFO and passed on the copy of letter to me . But when i raiised a grievance about updatting the PF Balance they replied that have not recieved any response from my Previous employer.
My previous employer has PF Accumulation in PF Trust and cheque was already sent to EPFO with annexure K but EPFO has raised a concern since my date of joining co and Date of joining PF was different since transferred my PF earlier also
Santosh-This is the huge concern with EPFO. They still in 1942. You attach the response of what you received from your previous employer and reply to complaint.

They are not accepting the xerox or scanned copies of the letter. i search the EPFO dispactch section they are maintaining registers as per sectiion wise not date wise in case the letter is dispacthed to wrong section its very difficult to trace it. I dont know what to do know ? EPFO has withdrawn the cheque and they have original annexure K.I asked EPFO clerk to consider the date of Joining from EPS Account but he told me that date of joining in EPS and EPF can be different.Can you please suggest what to do know

I applied online to transfer my EPF through current employer. I got a mail frm EPFO on 10th day that “Your transfer claim ID XXXXXXX (claim id) submitted on 19-01-2016 at OTCP is pending with employer for more than 10 days. The employer can reject the claim after 15 days due to non-receipt of signed copy. If you have not submitted signed copy to employer, please do so immediately.”
I have submitted form 13 to current employer and they have approved but not my previous employer
Now what do I have to do? Do I have to submit signed copy of form13 to my previous employer also? or wait for their response?

I raised claim transfer request from my previous company to current company and the transfer is complete with a status “Your claim has been settled and credited to new account.”. After this again i need to raise a new transfer request from one company to Current company. This request am raising from the same user id which i used for the 1st transfer request. Now am getting an error “The attempted Request for Transfer of Account already exists on the system. Click here to view the status of your existing request.”. Shall i create another user id and then create a new transfer request?

I had initiated the online epf transfer process in November 2015. I was opted present employer for attestation and the Claim Form Approved by Present Employer. The transfer claim status is showing “Claim Form Pending at Previous Employer” till date.
30 Nov 2015 Claim Form Submitted .

I also had the similar case, raise a complaint with EPFO, they will assign your request to a officer. Once the officer calls to your previous employer they will do it immediately.

After initiating online pf transfer request I got the error : “Unable to create the pdf…”. And there is no record showing in Claim Status screen.
I have written mail to “[email protected]”. Also called them on 1800118005 and got the response it will be rectified in 2-3 working days.
Mean while I got an email from my previous employer that they received my online pf transfer claim and I have to submit signed copy with them by Jan 22nd 2016. Otherwise they would reject my claim.
Now my query is if my claim is rejected due to above mentioned issue. Will I be eligible to resubmit the claim or I would never be allowed to claim again and my pf money would go in govt account.

Pankja-It is typical portal error of EPFO. You will be allowed to raise the request once gain. If they not, then you have a proof to show of what went wrong. So don’t worry.

Thanks for your guidance. I had raised the complaint and got response that transfer is already done on 14-Jan and same amount is reflected when i checked the UAN statement. But the status remains same in the Claim portal as processing.
While doing Transfer, I see some interest shown till 31-Mar-2016 in the statement, but could not get correct calculation which should have been for two months only Apr-May 2015.
I stayed in April -May in my previous company in this financial year and from June in new company. Please let me know when is the interest credited for the financial year 2015-2016 in the PF accounts. If its automatically done during transfer or its given after the transfer is one and in the month of March/April 2016.

I am not able to get correct calculation for interest. Pls help me on that. I assumed, Interest will be paid along with the transfer for the two months I was part of Previous PF account / office in this FY year 2015-16. The remaining interest would be given in the March/April 2016. Please let me know how it will be done.
I understand that interest rate of this FY 201516 is not finalized yet, so if its already given for 2 /12 months during PF transfer, what interest rate it would have taken for calculation.

Can you also please guide me when a PF transfer is for a opening balance in a previous PF account, the interest will be calculated only with the available closing balance during transfer and not including future months in that financial year which should be done in the new PF account after FY year end? I have calculated the PF interest which is paid during the transfer , I find a difference of 30% less in the interest amount given and I have followed as per your method for the calculation. I had followed exactly same way of calculation to arrive at interest earned for each month with only 3.67% considered for Employee share part for interest calculation.
Can I raise a request in grievance portal to validate the interest paid during transfer ?

Chaitanya-EPF account is employee based. Also, you can retain the same EPF account even if you change employer.

Hi Basavaraj: I raised a grievance at EPFO bangalore that my previous employer is not approving my online claim.I got a response from EPFO , they have not recieved any claim request for transfer of EPS to Hyderabad from my employer and they have closed the greivance.
Santosh-You raise again stating the earlier complaint reference and transfer request reference number. Mention that your earlier employer is not co-operating. Hence, you are raising the issue. They just not ready to take initiative.

I raised PF transfer request few weeks back and it mistakenly got rejected. I raised a grievance to get the details, further which I received a call from EPFO office admitting their mistake. I was advised by EPFO to raise the transfer request again.

But when I was applying for an online transfer I came to know that my name provided by my current organisation is wrong they have added an extra title. After that I have brought this to the management notice and they have send a letter and form 13 along with the dully filled physical transfer form. It has almost been two months and I have not seen any progress on this. Sir how much time does it generally takes to transfer the account in offline mode & will my name be rectified?? I also want to update my mobile number for the EPFO it can be done through this link http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/ in the profile tab???. Saket-It usually takes around 30 days of time to transfer. Regarding name change, approach it through your current employer.

I have submitted my online transfer claim on 13th September 2015 to my Previous Employer. But after submitting the claim while taking print-out of my form to be send to my previous employer, I found some error on my form and I have not yet send the form to my previous employer and asked them to reject my claim, so that I can initiate a new claim. So far after asking them so many times they are not rejecting my claim and I am stuck as I cannot start a new claim till then.
Please advise what can I do in this case to start a new claim and go ahead in the transfer.
Also, I don’t think so they will be too supportive in helping me change the details from their side. Basically I want them to reject it and I will start a new claim and this time submit the form to my current employer.
Keyur-First raise the complaint with EPFO about pending transfer request. If it is processed then let it be. If rejected, then raise the request after the corrections.

I also got the same status and there was no update for over a month. Therefore I raised a grievance on EPFINDIA.com. I asked them if the Annexure-K has been sent to my employer. Also asked a copy of annexure-K on my email.
I got a reply in 20 days saying that they have uploaded the annexure K on the portal and employer should be able to see it. They emailed a copy to me also.
So the next steps should be :
1. Raise a grievance with your previous RPFC. Ask them for the check date, check number and annexure -k
2. Side be side reach your employer (previous / Current) based on whom did you raise your request. Check if they see the annexure-k on portal
3. Once you receive the document from RPFC, forward it to employer for further processing.
4. Oce the processing is completed by new employer, should see the details in next payslip / new PF acct number.

I have similar status. The query is that old member ID is only linked to UAN. Will current member ID also be linked to UAN and show as latest post the transfer? Will passbook also be updated accordingly post transfer?

I changed my job about 4 months back. Last week, I applied for online transfer of pf account. I have two issues.
1. I have changed my signature. My current signature does not tally with the old one. However, all my relevant documents bear my current signature. What should I do.
2. Secondly, in the OTCP I entered a wrong date of Joining for my previous employee. I noticed this error only after submitting it online. Do I submit the form 13 pdf document to my current employee for approval or wait for 15 days for the claim to get rejected.
3. If the claim is rejected, can I re-apply again online for transfer withdrawal.

Dear Sir, my pf account no is MH/BAN/48846/32 .My earlier company name was XCEL Telecom Pvt Ltd but it was taken over by American Towers . I left the organisation without serving notice period in October 2008. I am doing my own Business and now I wish to withdraw my PF. .
When I login through my UAN Portal and when I try to download the pass book it gives a message “Contribution not received or status is as UCD Member or Already settled” and when I try to check the PF balance I get a message as the account is inoperative. Sir what does this mean as I have not withdrawn my PF.

Saket-Whether your current employer provided the same EPF account to you for contribution or created new EPF?
Sir I am not employed with any of the Company since Oct 2008. All I have is the salary slip of the earlier company which I left in 2008 with the PF Ac no as MH/BAN/48846/32.
Saket-It shows that your account is idle for more than 3 years without any contribution. Hence, better to withdraw. As this is inoperative account and idle for more than 3 years, you will not get any interest on this amount. Hence, apply for withdrawal.
Sir, sorry to disturb you but I have one last query i.e when i left the company the name of the company was XCEL Telecom Pvt Ltd and after few months it was sold / taken over by other company i.e American Towers.

The PF transfer was done manually. I contacted Chennai PF office and they said the NEFT was done in September only. However, The amount has not been received in my new pf account number which is Bandra.
That means the amount has been lying in the suspense account of SBI where NEFT was done.
On contacting Bandra PF office yesterday. They stated that may be the annexure K is missing which needs to be sent from Chennai office.
I am not sure how to proceed further
1. Either it was not sent from Chennai office ( which i think is not true)
2. It got lost somewhere in thee way while sending by post.

I am paying for Pension contribution for long time, I was worked with multiple organization in those organization I withdrawn the PF amount while reliving from the organization, in that I have not got Pension contribution amount.
From Last organization onwards I am keeping the PF and Pension in UAN. How can I include the old pension contribution to the current UAN? What is the formalities to add,

Kishore-In my view, if you already withdrawn the EPF then I think you also withdrawn the EPS. If not then better to withdraw now.
I changed jobs and tried to do online of transfer. I got a message that a claim already exists, though, I cannot see any claim under view claim status. On 3rd Nov, I got a message that form 13 has been received and on 6th Nov I got a message that the amount is approved for cheque payment.
The point is, after my initial few attempts of online of transfer and lack of seeing the claim under online claim status, I haven’t done anything. Nor have I submitted any documents.
I am worried if this is a fraud happening on my account. Please let me know of any information that you know about this.

On 22nd of October, 2015 I have applied for Online EPFO Transfer. On 26th I got the message from EPFO saying “The Member details of your previous employment have been verified by Previous Employer” Later after few days (3rd November, 2015). I received another message from EPFO saying “Your claim xxxxx pending with employer. It may get rejected after 06 if a signed copy is not submitted , Ignore if already submitted”
I had submitted signed copy to employer day I completed online transfer (22nd October, 2015). On enquiring the status with my current employer I got to know “Employer digital signature got expired and he has sent a mail to EPFO and Employer approval will be done only after getting the new digital signature”
My queries
Current employer can approve Transfer request any time correct ? without looking at the stipulated period of 15 days
Any reason for rejecting the transfer request , No need to go back to Previous employer right as it is already verified by Previous employer
Incase if any rejection happens what is the next procedure.

I have a problem with previous employer and hence I cannot go to previous employer. So for Physical format of Transfer no need to go to Previous employer right as Previous employer verification done in my case

The PF transfer is complete and I have received the amount to my present employer’s PF account. I have a doubt on the EPS transfer. How can I track it?
Also, I have another doubt. I recently received another email from EPFO team stating
“Your Transfer Claim is submitted under Tracking ID ****8803 . You may track the processing of your transfer claim on the portal using Tracking ID/ Member ID/ Mobile number.”
The claim transfer id I initiated and the claim id I received in this email are different and I don’t see the new transfer claim id anywhere. Can you help from where I can check the status?

Mahe-No need to worry. Take the help of your current employer and write a letter to EPFO and submit the physical transfer mode than the online. In that, mention that due to the said reasons last employer not approving the request. Hence, submitting the transfer through physical mode.

Shubham-It may be due to your new job change and providing UAN with new employer. If you not changed the job recently, then raise the issue with EPFO.

Had one query, the status of my PF transfer online shows that ” Your request is in transit between EPFO In and Out Office” from the past 6 months. I contacted my EPFO Office through mail to ask what this means. They sent in a reply saying that the EPS has been credited to my current PF Account but they have not received PF accumulations from my ex PF trust.
When I had a word with my ex PF trust, they said that they have not received any formal letter from the EPFO office asking them to transfer the PF to my current PF Account.
Can you please help and let me know what I should do now. What is the process once both the employers approve the online PF claims, does the EPFO contact the ex employer through a letter etc. basis which they release the PF Accumulations?

In my previous establishment and current establishment date of birth mismatch found, so current employer was unable to transfer the claim in the current one. I made a request to change the details which were found using “The following information in incorrect”. A form Revised 5/10 generated and i submitted through my previous employer about 2 weeks ago. Request you to help me in this regards as there is no status update. My previous establishment was with Thane and current one is with Vashi.
One more thing my new employer can give me UAN no without transfer of previous funds.

Mayank-Change the date of birth mismatch through your current employer. Once it is updated then go for transfer. Let your current employer give UAN. Later on it will be useful to transfer the fund.

I did this in EPFO grievance. They forwarded request to the EPFO, RO, Delhi(South) which is my current organization PF office.
They replied as transfer in request not received to this office till date.
So whom should i contact now. Should i raise a request to the previous organization Pf office that is bangalore EPFO, RO?

As per the EPFO’s new member portal, I can able to download the transaction details on my current PF account. On which the transfer was carried out on two heads like “Employee share” and “Employer share”, however I have found one more head as “Diverted to Pension fund” on that head from transferred amount it shows as “0”. But yes, like you rightly said, my EPS is already available with my current company HP which i never transfered earlier, So only if EPF amount is transferred then the requirement is satisfied..

Raghav-Truly speaking there is no such process to transfer ONLY EPS or EPF without EPS. EPF and EPS both follow together.

But, I would like to know if the EPF amount will be transferred to my salary account which I had provided during the form submission (online) – meaning if I’d be able to withdraw the cash after it is transferred ? Please let me know.
Ebina-When you apply for transfer, then it will not be credited to your bank account. But it will be internal adjustment to show the total balance and will continue with your current EPF.

Arun-If you have UAN, you can raise the issue online in EPFO portal.

Ashutosh-Yes, I think your employer not registered for digital signature certificate of EPFO. Hence, you have to apply for offline mode.
I did apply for online pf transfer. I have UAN number. Both previous and current has approved the claim. I saw on UAN portal passbook amount under Withdrawlas Claim against PARA 57(1) and interest updated upto 31/03/2016. It is transfer from UNEXEMPTED ESTABLISHMENT to EXEMPTED PF TRUST. Now both Employee and Employer share shows 0 in passbook.
Does it mean amount already transferred ? When I can see passbook updated ? Would EXEMPTED PF TRUST also update passbook entry ? Also do EXEMPTED PF TRUST follow same rule and regulations as UNEXEMPTED ESTABLISHMENT ? Also why DOE ( date of exit ) is not updated yet on portal ?
Ashish-They update usually in April. Yes, all entries will show in passbook (irrespective exempted or whatever).

My EPS transfer from 1st company was also pending so I applied for transfer but it was rejected mentioning that it was already transferred to my 2nd company account but in my 2nd company account statement I am not able to see the amount (however I applied separately in my second company as in my first company EPF and EPS account number was different). What should I do for getting EPS transfer from 1st account.

I changed my employer recently that is Jun 11th 2015. I got the PF account number from my current employer and now it is linked with my UAN number.
I am yet to initiate PF transfer request.
But few days back on Aug 21st, I received an SMS from EPF saying transfer form 13 has been submitted. And on Aug 25th I got another SMS saying the transfer claim has been approved for payment through cheque.
Below are my Old PF account details:

Claim ID mentioned in SMS: PYBOM150850002240
I checked with my current employer, he has not raised the transfer request.
Can you please let me know, if it is possible to know who has raised this transfer request?

Raghuram-I think it is procedure error. For your future reference of whether your own old account transferred or not, raise the issue with EPFO.

I had submitted a claim for PF transfer from old organization which is OLD PF NO MHBAN00456650000222526 (MUMBAI) to NEW PF NO : PYBOM00130150000056136 (BANGALORE).
I submitted Form 16 to my new organization and both old and new organization have approved it. Now the problem :
– From August 13th 2015 i see this status in website : “””Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.”””
However on my registered mobile i received a message on : 22nd August 2015 as below :
Form 13 (Transfer) Claim ID : MHBAN150850001655 rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch.
If you see the number of the PF Office that has rejected is not same as my old account number. Is there any relationship? And if it is rejected why is it not reflecting in the website?
As you mentioned in one of the post above, i have even registered a grievance through the portal that you mentioned in one of your post above.
Can you please advice what i need to do next? You seem really knowledgeable in PF process, Thanks a lot!

This is in line with your response for my earlier query. How long do you think i can wait for the letter?since its almost a month now and i have not received any letter, and does a hard copy be delivered, or a soft copy?

This is inline with my earlier query. i want to give you more details of my query. I was working in organization A and shifted to another organization B. In org A my PF was maintained by the trust of the company. And after joining company B i submitted form 13 hard copies, and after sometime i requested for status from my earlier company A, and received the PF transfer out amount details and the annexure K details.
Now with in 6 months due to personal reason i joined another organization from B to C. And now i raised an online claim through member claim portal.
It was approved by organization B and C, however rejected by the PF office of old organization B telling PF details was not provided by Orgnization B.
I contacted the organization B, and this was the info provided by them :
“Please Note that PF office requires your previous pension details. Hence request you to contact you previous PF office and arrange a scan copy of Annexure K of PF and Pension transfer. So our OF office will be able to release Pension Amount”.
So this means i need to contact my first organization “A” PF office, but this was maintained by a trust, for this i have received Annexure K and amount details as mentioned above, would that be sufficient?? Or i need to do something else? This is my first time doing a PF transfer, and facing issues. Can you please assist me? Please let me know more details..
Raghav-I think they unnecessarily creating issue. Why you have to run behind a trust or EPFO? They have to get the information and provide you transfer facility. Better you raise this issue on EPFO Grievance Portal.

Yes that is right, i moved to Accenture from HP, and with in 6 months back to HP, hence my PF account number in HP is still the same old one used earlier.
I used hard copies of form16 to initially to transfer amount from HP to Accenture(But i guess only PF amount was transferred but not EPS)
Now when i raised a request to transfer from Accenture back to HP, they are raising a concern that EPS details are not provided. I am not sure how i need to proceed.

I recently changed my previous organization HCL tech to new Organization and on my last payslip I was having the PF//Pension No as : xxx Trust Gn/GGN/5572/171472.
But on my all previous payslips Pension No also given as HIL EPF Trust – HR/5572/171472 // RPFC – HR/5572/112993
Now issue is I tried transferring in EPFO site, In Part B, I have given PF num 171472 and I have got below message
“Since membership details in respect of member ID GNGGN00055720000171472 not available on the portal, you cannot submit the transfer claim online. It is advised to submit physical claim thorough previous or present employer.”
And now I have given Pension No 112993 and I got below message in green
“Your previous establishment GNGGN0005572000 is exempted under PF (handled by Trust) and unexempted under Pension. Your Pension Scheme is handled by RO GURGAON.”
Could you please help
1. Can I procced transfer claim by using Pension No?
2. Why the error is coming for PF and NOT for Pension no?

I had applied OTCP my previous PF account to current one and the same form submitted and approved by both previous and current PF establishment online, but later it has been rejected by RPFO without assign any reason, I got a SMS ” FORM13 CALIM ID: GGN/GN……1556 rejected. and rejection letter is under dispatch” even after a month or so I am not able to find the reason. I raised a grievance on line with EPFO and status on mail provided is below “”This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number HRGGN/E/2015/05677.

Now, I am Working in Hyderabad and Transfered those two PF numbers to the Current PF Account #APHYD00816610000000278 through Online. Claim form approved by both the Companies in Chennai and my Current Hyderabad Company also Approved my Online transfer. But, I ddin’t get any current Status from EPFO office. Can I raise a grievance to my request.

I changed my job in May and have submitted Form-13 to my present employer. My previous job was in Bangalore and new job is in Hyderabad. My new employer created another PF account and i could see both (Bangalore PF account and Hyderabad PF account) accounts under my UAN. On 18th August i received an SMS saying that my entire money from Old PF account has been deposited to an SBI A/C number – 10811684279, Hyderabad Main Branch.I enquird with SBI and found that this account belongs to EPF. I checked my old account passbook and saw this transaction under “Claim Against Para 57(1)”. However, I neither see this amount reflecting in my New PF account passbook nor i see this claim under my UAN login!
On 20th August i received couple of messages mentioning “Form13 Claim approved for payment through Cheque. Pmt under process” & “Claim form 13 for transfer for member act received and claim id # is under process.”
I am really confused, as my old PF account passbook is already updated with NO BALANCE. And i don’t see this amount in new passbook.. Could please guide me what should i do in this case?

I have joined PwC on April, and raised a PF transfer through my current employer. But the claim has been rejected stating that ‘It is informed that the member claim was rejected due to F/5 particulars not uploaded in the system in present employment by the employer. Hence claim rejected and called for clarification regarding this. Hence member may advised to contact present employer and submit the same after the rectifying the above issue.’, but my employer says that ‘PwC india has its own pf trust hence Form 5 is not required for PF transfer.’

I Checked with with my current employer since its almost 6 months back I have applied for transfer but not yet credited in my current PF Account. They suggested me to Apply through OTCP now. Same thing I did and status till 18th aug is Submitted and approved by Employer and EPF OFiice, Payment is under process.
Today 19th aug I checkd again in EPF site again, Its showing that my new transfer claim is rejected and Earlier I applied one is under process.
1st I applied in manual forms(Feb-2015) that Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No (PYKRP00184530000017730) has been approved. Payment is under process.
2nd I applied in Online OTCP Portal (Aug-2015) that Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.
Reason of rejection: The reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact RO/SRO KRPURAMWHITEFIELD for further details
In my first case status is approved and payment is under process from July onwards. till now no progress
In this case what I have to do now? How long I have tom wait again. Please suggest me on this.

Galeeb-Your EPF transfer approved based on your first request. It will reflect when they update the passbook.
In passbook I am able to see total amount till Mar 2015 and interest till march 2016.
When I can expect the transfer? Usually how many days they took to update passbook?
Do I need to work on followups or they can take care?
Because its almost 1 month back its approved and status changed to Payment is under process.
Rajesh-It is Government organization. Hence, predicting or setting any time limit to these guys will not work.

I can now see 2 forms namely RO-SRO and APPD.

Please got through the Present Employer and submit the transfer claim Physically, then yours account will transfer with in one month, there is no role of previous employer to submit the claim Physically.

I recently changed my job and after linking my new PF account with UAN, once fine data I received that a SMS from EPFO that my Claim 13 has been received and then approved and finally a SMS saying that it has been settled and transfer to A/C no. 10977236011 (IFSC code – SBIN0000813).
I am not sure who initiated this transfer, as I have not done. And I am not sure the A/c to which money has been transferred is whose – whether it is EPFO internal account or some wrong account.
Can you please help in understanding how to check whether the transfer has been done correctly in my new PF account?

As already it took long time I have raised grievance in both source(Pune) and destination(Chennai) RPFC and get below answer from both offices.

With reference to your grievance, it is to inform you that your transfer claim was settled and an amount of Rs.93390/- has been transferred to TN/MAS/31309/263898 through NEFT vide Ch. No.810993 and same has been credited on 17/11/2014. Hence, you are requested to contact your present employer / PF Office regarding the same.

What is the next step? There is a new form (a filled Form 13) available in the OTCP website uploaded to my PF transfer request, which gives the following instructions. Can you please let me know if I need to submit the Form 13 again to the Current/Previous employer? Or do I just wait to get the status to change?
INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES
1. Member has the option to get his/her claim form attested/digitally signed by the present or the previous
employer. In case of signature by the previous employer, time taken in settlement will be less.
2. The member should sign the online generated form and submit the same to the employer (previous or
present) as per his option while filling the form.
3. In case the Previous Account was maintained by PF Trust of the exempted establishment, the member
should submit a Form 13 to the Trust that maintained the previous PF Account and another Form 13 to the
employer (previous or present, as per his option while filling the form) for attestation/digital signature of the
employer.
4. The Form should be submitted to that PF Office under which previous or the present account is
maintained, depending upon as to which employer has attested the claim. (In case the claim is attested by
the present employer, claim should be submitted with the PF Office under which the present account is
maintained, and so on).
5. The Bank Address is for verification purpose even if the Fund will be transferred to the EPFO Office/Trust
maintaining the present account number.
John-If it is already approved then you have to wait to show the details in your current passbook.
My date of resignation showing 13/07/2010 but date of leaving in the previous employer is 17/07/2010 but my date of joining at current employer is 15/07/2010. I have submitted date of leaving as 13/07/2010 at the time of PF transfer through online . But actual date of leaving as per settelemnt is 17/07/2010 but system is not taking as it is showing date of leaving should not be after the date of joining date.

I raised a complaint with PF office. After a month got a response from them saying they have corrected this. But I still see the same issue in UAN PF transfer site.

Please go through the present employer and transfer the account physically, when we transfer our account online that time all document should be same as Name, DOB, Fahter name etc, so You Have to submit your Transfer claim Physically by Present Employer.
I had applied for a transfer, however there was one error in the submission & hence I requested my present employer to reject the form so that I can submit fresh.
Now when I apply for a fresh transfer of the same PF account (source account). The portal says the claim is already raised.
Can anyone suggest, if there is a time limit as to when the fresh claim can be submitted after a claim has been rejected?

Madhan-It is their responsibility to dig the records. If they don’t want to do that then let them approve the transfer. You no longer withdraw. Instead, raise the issue with EPFO.
Kamal – When I have approved the pdf of UAN on transfer claim portal in Internet Explorer 8 then showing error Unauthorized Access due to failed to create pdf file for approval.

But when i click on the download passbook, the message appears “Contribution not received or status is as UCD Member or Already settled.”
What to do in this case?

I worked in Chennai Location from 13/07/2011 to 12/04/2013 and I moved to Hyderabad and I joined in another Company. But, I didn’t transfer my PF and I left the company in Hyderabad after serving for 7 Months as the project is closed and I applied the PF for Hyderabad Company and I received in 45 days.

I think, EPFO site updates in every Feb or March cycle. So the final updated amount will be reflected in passbook after this cycle.

Lingesh-No need to worry, EPS also follow the EPF. They may update later. But it is sure that both go together and there is no separate process to transfer it.

In my previous PF account, there is a slight mistake in my fathers name, spelling KHEEM as KHEEN. All other info is matching.

Sunil-I think one of the employer not registered for digital signature. Check the same with both the employers.

I am submitted online transfer claim to transfer old PF account to new PF account. Claim approval pending from both end previous and present employer. Present employer told me that they can approve only once previous employer approve.
Previous employer delayed and not responding for the same. What to do if they not taking any action on the same or reject claim.

My query about a employee covered under the EPF Act retired from the services in India after the age of 58 and entitled for pension and settled abroad. Can he will get the pension from EPFO in that country where settled.

I am trying to do online transfer.
After I enter all the information in the portal, I enter the text and click on “GET PIN” button.
Now I am supposed to get a PIN and use that to submit.
But, I am not getting the PIN.
I tried 15-20 times in last 4-5 days. I am not at all getting the PIN.
To check if there is problem with mobile number, I tried downloading the PASSBOOK.
This also I tried several times and got PIN once – the SMS came after about 4 hours!!
So, I want to know, if anybody else has faced this issue? Any idea how to get this resolved and do online submission?
I have one more query:
After I enter the PF number, I get the details bu clicking on a button.
With the current company’s PF number, I am getting my full name “NARENDRA KUMAR S S”
But, with previous company, I am getting my shortname “NARENDRA” only.
So, is this ok? Or should I get the correction done?
Could this be the reason for not getting the SMS?

Please refer bottom of the form which one is to be submitted to Present employer and to the Previous one.

Murugan-You can do changes while applying for transfer. If the portal not allow you to change your name, then you have to change it through your current employer. You have to submit the necessary ID Proof like PAN card and a letter from your current employer.

I applied for transfer of my PF account through my present employer in the year 2013, after waiting for long i checked the status online it was rejected.
Then i thought to re-apply for it via Online portal , however when i was filling the details i saw that my date of leaving DOE was incorrect in the PF database , then i contacted my previous employer for the same and they told me to send PF transfer form to them and they will apply for it. Now when they applied again the Transfer was rejected . Now when i apply transfer online i see correct details but not able to process request since it shows me that the request is already in process. But the status of PF transfer shows rejected and letted is sent.
please help what to do now…its almost been 2 years…very frustrated
Pradeep-I think it is no co-ordination of EPF office. You have to wait to find the status.

Kamal – When I have approved the pdf of UAN on transfer claim portal in Internet Explorer 8 then showing error Unauthorized Access due to failed to create pdf file for approval. On the other hand in Mozila Firefox pdf file have created but digital signature not working. Please help me what I do?
Kamal-It is more of a technical glitch than the procedural.

I am a govt employee in electricity board joined in EPF in 2005 i.e doj allotted with an EPF no XYZ and after updation of UAN I have been again allotted with a new EPF account number where both have to be updated but due to simple name correction it was rejected i.e my name is B.Lakshmi Prasanna but may be my employer had registered as B.Prasanna due to which my transfer claim has been rejected. At the time of verification I got message that there is date of birth mismatch.

In my previous EPFO account, name was written as Nitin Kishor Dubey and in current EPFO account it is written as Nitin Dubey, so if i will do online transfer of EPF account…will it create any problem?

I already checked with them, and they said that they already settled my previous PF balance to new PF account. However, am checking in my PF passbook, its not showing any transactions. Simply it saying “Already settled”. So, i want to know how to see my present employer PF account passbook. Because whenever i login into EPFO member portal through my UAN its showing only my previous PF account passbook.

I changed them hitting button “following information is incorrect” after filling all the details when I hit preview button then I am getting “Error: Data inconsistent. Please fill up the form again”

Irfan-May be portal issue. Try once again.
You have to get the information corrected first by generating the correction letter on the same screen and submitting it to the corresponding employer. When this information gets corrected in EPFO office and visible on the screen you are referring to, only then you would be allow to fill the form completely.
My pf transfer claim status is showing as “claim is approved for payment through Cheque. Pmt under process.” from 21/4/15. How long will it take to transfer money to new account ?

My previous emploer is showing incorrect DOE in UAN portal. How do i get the same corrected ? Would i be able to transfer pf from previous to new employer with incorrect date or had to rectify before transfer. Also does incorrect DOE affect the PF amount…or any othe issues.

I havent submitted any hard copy to my present employer. But, the status has got updated as Claim Form Approved by Present Employer and Claim Form Pending at Previous Employer ..
2 questions:
1) Is it necessary to submit hard copy?
2) My colleague says, RO.SRO is used for EPS transfer and as the pdf is blank, something has gone wrong. As you are aware, I cannot submit the claim with same details again. Please suggest.

I am in govt. job and here is provision of PRAN no. for each employee and I heard that this will be a permanent no. and a employee can’t have two PRAN no.
If they change the job they need to to transfer from one employer to other. Please clarify my following doubt.
1. Currently I am in Bond period of 5 yr. If I quit my job I wouldn’t get NOC, then without getting NOC from previous employer can I transfer my fund to current employer.

NOC to join new job. And if I join the new job (govt.) without getting NOC from previous employer would it be possible to shift my existing EPF to the new employer or is it possible to apply for another PRAN (I can bear the loss of current EPF amount).
Prakash-NOC from old employer is different to transfering EPF from that employer. Even if you not get NOC it does not matter for EPF transfer.

Kishore-You can’t withdraw pension amount. You can only get pension only after continues service of certain period which are mentioned in EPS ruling.

When ever I am trying to call them they are not receiving my call and not responding me. In this case what should I do? Please help me because its my money and I don’t want to loose it. I have tried initiating the transfer from both current as well as previous employer. Now, my problem is that I am leaving the current organization in few days and will be joining a new organization. My queries are:-

I had actually raised 3 requests, 2 accounts got transferred to my new account within 2 months, although 3rd one is still pending.
It took 1 month for the PF transfer(to my account) after the status “Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.” for 2 of the completed ones. It’s been more than 2 months now for the 3rd and still no progress. I have raised a grievance in the PF portal, hopefully I should get a response in few days.

## My previous PF account is maintained by HP PF trust. I gave Form 13 to my present employer and I am informed that the application is processed. How will I know that the Form 13 is submitted by the present employer, I am told that it is submitted, and how will I know the previous employer received it, they say, they do not have it. Who is correct and who is wrong, I am not sure.
I tried on-line, it failed. We will forget the procedure error, time being. # you may help me who to contact for this kind of error.

Ravinder-They are just not ready to upgrade their knowledge. It is nowhere written that if the organization never done anything online then they must do it offline. They have to adapt to changes. Let them do. You no need to visit.

So i have filled form 5/10 and sent it to my previous employer and after few days i recieved a message saying records updated and exact amount is reflecting in my pf account. Now i have again tried to raise a transfer online,but the date of Exit is still the same (It is wrong). Kindly suggest how can i get it rectified.Or can i go a head and raise a transfer claim since my account balance is accurate.

I had applied for online transfer of my PF account, with the current employer selected for attestation. I submitted the claim form to my current employer and was approved by current employer. However, the previous employer says that submitting the claim form to the previous employer is mandatory without which the verification process by previous employer will not be done. Is it mandatory to send the claim form to previous employer also, eventhough the option for attestation is through present employer?
G1-It is not written in EPFO process itself. Then how can your previous employer can process it? You answer them that you followed the rule.
I got a message from EP office by saying
“Form 13(Transfer) Claim ID: XXXXXXXX Approved for payment through Cheque. Pmt under process”

JC-It is internal transfer. You will view the transfer in your passbook once they update it.

Karthikeyan-Better to rectify it. You can do it while requesting for transfer.
I applied transfer 18 months ago. But, it is not happening. Please let me know, is it problem for PF transfer while DOB is wrong or not an issue for PF transfer. How do it while requesting for PF transfer, Is there any option in online or offline additionally send this data correction.

i worked for X company 2.7 years and later switched to Y company and worked 1.6 years.. while i was in Y company i transferred my PF account from X to Y.
Now i moved to Z company.. is there any chance to withdraw Pension Fund contribution alone and transfer PF amount to new company (Z) … If yes which form need to submit and is need to submit X and Y companies or to only Y is enough..
Please help me on this.
Chandra-It is illegal to withdraw if you are in job.

I applied to online transfer of PF to my current account via last employer, but they have done lot of mistakes in my PF form, My name last name is incorrect PF department and Last employer is arrogant , they don’t reply and they have not approved my OT, What i can do, if they won’t approve it. is there any other way to get my PF back. I am really pissed of by those guys. They are not in favour of employees.

Both have spelling mistake in my last name. so my last name is not matching in my both pf accounts( my current , last). But my last employer is not ready to approve OT. What else i can do ?
Pooja-You can rectify it with current employer by providing necessary documents. What reason your previous employer mentioning to reject the OT?
