Recently my father Aadhar was updated on 4th of April, then we downloaded e-aadhar with updated name,
When we tried Updating name in PAN through NSDL online portal, the payment gets completed but shows as error thay either Name/DOB/Gender/Name as per Aadhar is not matching with PAN Application.
We are entering the details as per latest Aadhar.
Then I walked into NSDL PAN Center, they said in database its still not reflecting. Later I went Aadhar enrollment center one of the executive told without looking into any of the system that if Bio metrics is not updated properly then Aadhar will not be active to make PAN using it.
Can you please suggest what could be the issue (Finger Prints is really not capture anything and we are heading to update Bio metrics again)
Is it truly related with Bio metrics not updated properly.
