- Retired from Service also 3 years ago to venture out on my own.
Yet, to check my PF balance online, when I login, I get this message…
“Passbook not available to this member as this pertains to an Exempted establishment (i.e. Trust). Requested to contact your employer”
Contacted (ex) employer many times, but I get the same answer. Since it has been moved to a trust, we can’t help. Would appreciate any guidance/ help
