I have worked from Aug 2010 till July 2013 and currently not working since the last three years. Accordingly I have duly submitted by PF final settlement papers to my employer for due approval and attestation and they have done the same and submitted to the PF office in Delhi on 20th May 2018 as per the acknowledgement slip sent to me by my employer. I don’t have any UAN no. the reason that my employer told me that since my date of exit is earlier than 1st Jan 2014 , UAN is not required in my case to withdraw PF . However I am now facing problem in knowing the PF claim status as whenever I try to register my grievance on the PF portal it is asking for the UAN before submitting the request. Also in the EPF Portal the claim status can only be known if the employee has UAN no, Can you pls advice on how to know the claim status as of now. I reside in Kolkata and the PF office is in Delhi North.
