I have opened online SIP through Karvy in Mirae fund house on 28th March 2018.
They sent me URN which I have linked to my bank and the status shows YES.
I checked on Karvy website in my Login, and in fund details the URN status shows Y.
My auto SIP should get deducted on 10th May 2018, but they have not deducted.
I sent many reminder mails to Karvy and Mirae on this, but no reply.
I spoke to Karvy toll free number 3 times, and they said that it will get deducted. But which did not happened.
I also called Mirae, and as per them they have not received FEED from Karvy.
I wrote to Karvy on this but no reply.
Please suggest, who to resolve this.
