I have recently taken home loan of around 60 lakhs and possession of the property would in 2020. Currently my home loan tenure is of 15 years, but I want to complete the home loan by 10 years. I will not be staying in this property and would give the same on rent.
So I would like to know which type of investment i.e mutual fund, debt fund would be helpful in achieving this goal. I can invest upto 30K/month.
