I have been allotted 2 UANs (each one from the previous and the current employer). My doubts are as follows:
- Can I directly go to the concerned EPFO and request for merger of the old UAN with the new one?
- I am not able to verify PAN details and gender details online (getting errors). Can I approach the EPFO directly and get them done manually?
- If YES, then what are all the documents do I need to carry along?
- Because my employer is least worried about taking this issue up with the EPFO. I’m fed with following it up with the HR. So, can I approach the EPFO directly? If YES, then what are the documents do I need to carry? And I’m unable to do it online because of this gender glitch. Thanks.
