I am presently working in my second organization where my basic Salary is more than 15k. I have got an UAN and PF account number from my 1st Employer, where my basic was less than 15k. I can login using that UAN into the EPFO portal and check my UAN details, PF balance of my previous employer.
However, I wasn’t finding my present employment PF Account details, balance anywhere. In my Payslip the same UAN and a different “PF // Pension No* HIL EPF Trust” is mentioned. I questioned my organization about this, and this is what they replied.
“ As per PF Act if the basic salary is more than 15K and employee had already declared in Form-11 that he/she is not a member of pension scheme then entire employer contribution will remitted to PF and there won’t be any pension number available in employee pay slips, so no UAN no allotted/linked “
What to do in this scenario to be able to see my PF details of my present employment. How to track the money as my former one?
Please let me know if I need to give any further information for clarification.
