Please guide me whether
- I can continue in canara robeco plan
- i can go ahead with the proposed investment plan or pls suggest other funds .
Why can’t you streamline your investment with 1-2 funds and 1-2 options of debt products?
Thank you for your suggestion. First, I must thank you for educating a person like me , i dont know anything about equity investment just i started with Canara robecco three years before and then kept on investing only in NSC . After started interacting with your blog my understanding about mutual fund and equity is changing . Keep it up the good work.
Coming back to my question on my future investment , In Debt , i would like to invest in NSC at present 2.46 lakhs invested and In equity , i would like to do have four funds
- Canara Robecca Equity Tax saver Rs. 1,50,000 at present
- Birla Sun Life Tax Relief 96-G Rs.2,00,000 by end of March 2018
- Tata India Tax Saving Fund Rs.2,00,000 by end of March 2018
- DSP BlackRock Tax Saver Rs. 2,00,000 by end of March 201
please suggest whether will these four funds and NSC help me in realizing my financial goals. I am not able to decide on allocation to each fund. Please offer your valuable suggestions on fund selection and also on allocation to each fund.
I think your concern is more about tax saving than investing for goals. Am I right?
Actually, i want to invest whether it is elss or not but you are right as my choices of mutual funds are stating that i am concerned more about tax saving than investment. Thanks for pointing out . First, understand your time horizon. Then understand how much you have to do asset allocation between equity and debt. Then finally think about product or funds. Can you share these details?
