Could you please clarify me on the below issue?
I need to have my service history updated in member ledger or Annex k. The no. of years of service mentioned in the Annex k from my previous PF office to current office is correct, but the company break up is not correct (it shows 2 companies instead of 4). Both the PF offices say that they cannot change when I raise PF grievance.?
Please let me know if there is a particular head office contact who can do this change? Also the UAN portal also shows incorrect service history and no PF office is taking responsibility to correct this.
Will this lead into any issues in the future if left not corrected, either in the member ledger or in the UAN portal. Please advise.
If your total service history is rightly updated, then I don’t think there is any issue to worry about number of EPF accounts.
ok thank you. The current Member ledger is updated with the correct total service history and is there a way to reflect the same in UAN portal(total service history is not correct and shows only 2 years there)
This UAN issue can be raised with EPFO Grievance Cell.
