i am working in a Private company. EPS contribution was done up til my age of 58, then EPS contribution stopped because of completion of 58 years age. still i am in service, now contribution is only going to EPF.
i contributed for 9.25 years towards EPS.
As now i have completed service of 10 years, intend to claim EPS is it OK ?
How can you alone contribute to EPF? What about your employer?
Yes both portion is contributed, mine+employer.
note that our discussion is for EPS. pension fund, please reply me on that matter.
Yes, you can claim for scheme certificate of EPS.
I intend to start the monthly Pension. How scheme certificate will help me. Please elaborate
EPS certificate is the proof of your service and eligible for monthly pension. Approach the regional EPFO.
My query is different – I am still in service at the age 59 yrs. Now I only contribute to EPF, no contribution to EPS. As I have crossed 58 yes. Note that my service period is more than 10 yrs and yet increasing.
Please note that I contributed to EPS for only 8.51 yrs. Is it OK to claim Pension.
refer above and please respond on that matter – Pension fund.
