Sir, earlier I worked in a company “A” for 3 months and switched over to another company “B” and presently being there for 2+ months. My Transition from company “A” to company “B” was not smooth as my exit was not totally proper and this is known by company “B”.
The Problem arose when, last month I got my UAN from EPFO of employer “A” through SMS and few days later I received FORM 11 from employer “B”.
I filled new FORM 11 as if I had no previous experience as I felt something might happen in future which can create a confusion.
So, recently I visited the EPFO website where I updated my KYC documents, which is still under pending.
This Narrows my questions to :
- Can I close my Old PF Account with UAN as I have resigned (maybe they have not updated date of resigning) ?
- Can I Continue with my NEW PF No. & NEW UAN for few years and then Close or Merge the old PF & UAN with present one ?
- Can I merge initially without any issues ?
- Or else should I forget it as it was 3 Months as my Contribution is 4714.00 which is Employee Contribution + EPF + FPF !!??
I need your opinion on this matter.
