I have received the few messages stating that my claim for transfer is approved and settled claimed EPF amount is transferred to some account in SBI bank but actually I haven’t initiated any request for transfer.
I have just linked my new EPF account with my existing UAN number where previous EPF account was already linked.
To me it seems the internal transfer message. But still suggest you to go ahead and clarify the issue with EPFO.
Thanks for reply. Can you please let me know how can I reach EPFO as I have tried toll free number and local number but they are not responding on that. Online passbook is also not accessible on UAN portal so I can not confirm my existing balance.
I have just checked my EPF passbook which shows this transfer happened against “Claim Against PARA 57(1)” and it shows that amount is withdrawn as well. SBI account in which amount got transferred belongs to EPF1. Please let me know how I should take this forward because I haven’t initiated this request.
