Dear Sir,
I had requested for a PF transfer from TCS (PF trust) to IMS Health. The request shows the status “Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office” for 3 months now.
I asked for information from all 3 parties, and got the following responses:
(1) TCS (previous employer, separate PF trust): They provided me the Annexure K as a proof of PF transfer completion from their side.
(2) EPFO Office, Bangalore: As a response to the grievance ROBND/E/2016/12759, they replied that “Your EPS claim is processed and service details transfer to BGBNG/26532/1683 in 2016-17.”.
(3) IMS Health (current employer): They simply told that they have not received any letter or communication from EPFO office, Bangalore. There was no further action from IMS Health.
So, now I do not exactly know which party is to be blamed. I wish to file RTI or Legal action for EPF transfer issue against the parties involved. I am willing to pay fees for this. Please reply to my comment.
Regards,
Avijeet Singh.
I have not seen any such reversal is possible. But try your luck. However, I strongly recommend first raise the issue with that grievance portal online.
Use EPFO GrevianGrievance and complain against all 3 parties involved. If still your issue not resolved, then the final resort is RTI.
Hi Basavaraj,
Thanks for your reply. I am about to file a RTI application.
Is it possible to stop this PF transfer process itself, and withdraw PF instead? Have you ever seen such a case in past?

Avijeet Singh.

Hi Basavaraj,
Thanks for your reply. I am particularly worried about the response from IMS Health, my current employer, which I left recently. I think they will not act on this transfer process. I think even if TCS (previous employer) and EPFO office act, IMS Health will simply put the PF transfer form in the dustbin.
Hence, if there is a provision from EPFO office to withdraw the amount, not now, but even after 1 year, it will help me a lot.
Regards,
Avijeet.
Don’t worry. first try to complain against all parties. Then let EPFO respond to it. Later on we discuss what action we can take.
