I have a query related to EPF. My company (IT product development company) follow the system of deducting 12% of basic salary as an EPF contribution from employee side and we are facing lot many challenges in convincing a new prospective candidate to join our company as they are having only 12% on 15000 as their EPF deduction.
Just wanted to check , can we have dual policy on PF? There are few employees who are willing to contribute 12% on basic salary and there are few who are interested in only 12% of 15000..
can we have both the system?
