With the mission of “Housing for All”, the Government of India started the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Many house buyers might already opted for this PMAVY Scheme. Now how to check PMAY Scheme status online easily?
Let us first understand the PMAVY features and eligibility. I have already written a detailed post on this “Who is eligible for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) 2020?“.
Currently, there are three schemes under which you can apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). They are as below.

Now let us understand the process of how to check PMAY Scheme status online easily. If you applied for PMAY while buying the house, then you can check PMAY Scheme status online.
There are three ways to check PMAY Scheme status online easily.
# Through Aadhaar Number
# Through Name and Father’s Name
# Through Assessment ID
# Visit the official website of PMAY Scheme.
# Click on the Search Beneficiary from the main Menu.
# Enter your Aadhaar Number.
# After submitting your Aadhaar number, you can view the details of your PMAY application. Apart from this, the status of your application will also be known.
If you don’t have the Aadhaar card number, then you can check PMAY scheme status online using name and mobile number.
# Visit the official website of PMAY Scheme.
# Click on the Citizen Assessment tab of main menu.
# From the dropdown menu, select the “Track your Assessment Status”.
# After that you get two options. One is to track by name, Father’s name, and mobile number and another is Assessment ID. Choose the first one.
# Then the screen looks like below. Here, you have to enter the details like your name, father’s name (these two fields are mandatory) and for clarity, you can enter the other details like State, District, City and mobile number. Then click on the Submit tab to know the status.
# Visit the official website of PMAY Scheme.
# Click on the Citizen Assessment tab of main menu.
# From the dropdown menu, select the “Track your Assessment Status”.
# Then as I said above, you get two options to search. This time select the second option i.e Assessment ID.
# Then enter the Assessment ID and your mobile number and then click on the tab of Submit.
Then you can view your PMAY status.
