Hi Basavaraj Sir, This is Nitish and I live in Bangalore, Age 31 Annual income 9 lacs Sir, I need your guidance for my investments. I only have 2 LIC policies (Jeevan Anand (12000 P/A and Jeevan Saral 6000 P/A) and PPF for tax savings. I am not very much regular in PPF. I am very new to the world of equity and debt. Would you please explain them in simple words. I tried understanding from web contents but I could not. And I need to invest for following financial goals for which I need your suggestions: Buy an apartment : Need around 10 lacs for downpayment : Time frame is around 5 years from now. I can spend 20000 per month. What should be the best investment? Should I go with SIP for 6 years? Daughter\’s education : Goal 10 lacs : Time frame 15 years from now (My daughter is 3 years now). What should be the minimum monthly saving to achieve this goal? Which is the right investment for this goal? SIP or Mutual Fund? Retirement : 20 lacs : Time frame of investment is 30 years from now. What should be the minimum monthly savings for this plan and which kind of investment suits my goal. Another point to note here is, once I buy an apartment, I will be spending minimum 30,000 towards loan repayment. Could you please suggest the investment plans to achieve my goals. Considering my daughter\’s future and my retirement, please also suggest if it is worth to plan for an apartment in next five years. Thanks, Nitish

Note: Please do not mind my question about consultancy if you are not a consultant. I assumed based on your answer “But sadly financial planning can’t be carried out on such platforms.”. My sincere apologies if you do not offer consultancy services.
Thanks for belief and sharing. But sadly financial planning can’t be carried out on such platforms.
